Booking Terms & Conditions
Rentals are on a weekly basis from Saturday after 3 pm until the following Saturday before 10 am. Multiple weeks and nightly rates are listed above with a 3 night minimum.
A deposit of 30% will confirm a reservation.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations are held for a period of ten days pending receipt of your deposit.
We accept PayPal, bank transfer, Venmo, Zelle, and cashier’s checks.
The rental rate includes electricity, heating, and departure cleaning. No security deposit is required.
Payments are refundable in the event of cancellation only if the reserved space is rebooked. The payment may be used for a future date.
Subleasing is not permitted.
