GROUND FLOOR
Fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room with doors opening out onto an outside terrace with a view, library with queen bed and full bathroom.
SECOND FLOOR
Sitting room with fireplace, three bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, one with 2 twin beds which can be fitted together to make a queen bed, and 2 full bathrooms. All three bedrooms have individual air conditioning/heating units in the rooms.
OUTDOORS WITH POOL
Formal manicured gardens and lawns, two covered shady pergolas and separate terrace each with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, fireplace for barbecuing, outdoor pizza oven. The private pool is 5x15 meters with a magnificent view of the hills and Monteleone. Lounge by the pool in the four chairs with umbrella or dine al fresco under the pergola.
AMENITIES PROVIDED
Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, towels, bed linens, portable iPod stand, stereo & local TV/DVD player, Internet with laptop/wi-fi, and central heating. Upstairs bedrooms each have individual air conditioning/heating units. Two bicycles provided for your use. Pick the ripe fruit and vegetables from the garden. A telephone is available for incoming calls and for use only with a personal telephone card. Cleaning upon departure is included.
